I was born in Minneapolis and raised in Golden Valley and Corcoran. Currently I live in Maple Grove with my husband Dennis and we are the proud parents of Jacob and Zachary. We enjoy golf, biking, roller blading, downhill and water skiing, boating, snowmobiling and quality family time. |

There is much to do to arrive at a successful closing, i.e., contract negotiation, inspections, lender commitments, appraisals titlework, and an array of details. Being accessible to my clients is very important to me. I will be there to answer any questions. Even after the closing, as always, I am just a phone call or an e-mail away. |

When I first get a listing, I do all I can to get your property noticed. First, I complete a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to determine your home's market value, combined with my community expertise, followed by my comprehensive marketing plan to sell your home. This includes continuous local and national advertising, flyers into neighborhoods of potential buyers, a brochure box and the virtual tour. Of course, your home is also added to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and on the internet at REALTOR.COM, so that thousands of agents and buyers are made aware that your home is for sale, additionally, I alert all of my colleagues. I have a peronal Web page and e-mail - so now anyone, anywhere, anytime has easy access to me and your listing. |
